hi i am about release a file sharing site(mobile only) with FTP support


conditions

1.should be unique design, should not steal from anywhere
2.have to make static html page for the following and apply your css in it
3.must be indian(as i can pay through only bank acc)

pages
1.file manager page(where all directory and files will be listed , folders are on top )
2.index page(statistics and file upload)
3.login page
4.download page(has to show uploaded date,last downloaded date,MIME type,file name,extention,and a download button)
5.terms of service page

i will do the php codings u just make static html page.
