Exercise Yeah Keto is one of the most common way that people use to loss weight. But does it really helps on losing weight? You may wonder, why I am asking this question. Let me clear myself. If anyone take exercises to loss weight but don't lower caloric intake, then how can the person loss weight? In fact, exercise is more the way to maintain reduced weight rather than the way to loss weight. But exercise also helps losing weight if you concomitantly reduce your caloric intake.
