Relax, breathe and focus on each of ultra x prime these elements or the one you feel is your biggest challenge. Some people will focus on improving their strengths and then their challenges, while some people figure they will get a bigger bang for their time by focusing on their challenges while they have the most energy. Play with both of these ideas and find the version that works best for you. Do this every night before drifting off to sleep and each day whenever you have a few seconds.
