The operation and maintenance of ultrafine mill
Ultrafine mill is short for ultrafine powder grinding mill, which is also called superfine mill and that is a common industrial powder making machine mainly used for making powders with and processing calcite, limestone, marble and potash feldspar. The ultrafine mill has an irreplaceable market value position in the powder making process of minerals and it also has a very long history, so that many manufacturers of mining machinery carry out plenty of improvement on the basis of traditional mills in its performance and functions. The material types that can be processed by this grinding plant is also increasing, so that it can better and more timely satisfy the specific need of customers, and this gives it bright development prospect. 
1. In the using process of clinker grinding station, there should be fixed staff watching its running process and this staff should have a certain technical level. Before the installation of this powder grinding mill, the operators should be given technical training to let them learn the principle and performance of this machine to get familiar with the operation because only getting familiar with the operation procedure can this powder grinding mill be better applied in production process.
2. Before starting the superfine mill, check whether there are foreign matters such as iron inside it, tightly close the big and small observation door, adjust the rotating direction of draught fan and main engine and make sure the vent valve in the full open position.
3. The starting order should be like this: analyzer, draught fan, main engine, feeder machine, turn on the valve for blast capacity and gradually turn down the drain tap and finally adjust the fineness of final products. When stopping it, first stop material feeding for about one minute and then stop the main engine, then stop draught fan and finally stop analyzer.
4. Material feeding control: the material feeding should be even and the highest output should be tested according to the load of the main engine under different material feeding amount, and iron materials like bolt are forbidden to go inside the machine.
