Running Python script automatically permission problems
Hello,

I am trying to run a program named Probemon.py to scan the immeditae environment for WIFI probe requests and consequently grab the MAC addresses and manufacturers of these devices as part of a security CCTV system on the Raspberry Pi 3. However, I am having a lot of difficulty in automating the Python script (have tried sudo crontab -e, crontab -e, rc.local, and several other methods but no success.) The issue seems to be that it must be run with the sudo command, which works fine when entered manually. When try to do this automatically simply nothing happens. Does anybody know anything about this? My commands were similar to: sudo python ./home/pi/probemon/probemon.

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
