To fix the error, do the actions mentioned in the steps given below.

  1. Check the Internet Connection
    It’s possible that the Internet connections are not proper. So check the Internet connection and make sure that there is an active connection between the computer system and the Exchange Server.
  2. Check the settings for the Email Account in Outlook
