for hosting,i think you can ask junaid (rh-junaid)
for domain names, check resellerclub,siliconhouse.net etc

I have checked and compared resellerclub & resellerpanel. it seems like resellerpanel have good servers than resellerclub. and resellerclub are good in domains. pls how can I use both?? with my little money

For resellerpanel, you dont need more money bro..its free!!
and you can start your reseller club account with 1500rs initially( see their faq & Knowledge base, it works on pre payment)
