Here it is..

Firstly,make sure you have installed any jcms script,then go to your pages folder,then change mainmenu.php to usermenu.php. Thats for a reason. Secondly,upload DBCMS script and extract to public_html folder. Now you have mainmenu.php and usermenu.php in your pages folder,then you also have head_guest.php and end_guest.php in your incfiles folder

PS: THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE SCRIPT YOU MUST HAVE JOHN CMS INSTALLED ALREADY.
